Omani Association for People with Disabilities
It is a non-profit, voluntary, non-profit non-governmental Charitable Association operating under the umbrella of the Ministry of Social Security and relying in its work and support on non-governmental companies and government institutions and on the benevolent citizens and residents of this beloved country The association was established in 1995 It is headquartered in Muscat and has three branches in Sohar, Abri and Salalah The association provides its services to people with disabilities in all governorates and states of the Sultanate .

The association seeks to
Integrating and empowering people with disabilities based on the future vision of Oman 2040
1-providing awareness and verification through various media channels
2-providing care, rehabilitation, training and learning services
3-removing the physical and environmental barriers that hinder the movement and mobility of people with disabilities
4-social services through communication with backward sectors of society
5-providing and providing prosthetic and assistive devices
6-educational, recreational and sports activities and programs to connect and integrate people with disabilities in the community .
