Under the Theme: "Towards Sustainable Empowerment and Independence" In alignment with the continuous efforts of the Sultanate of Oman to support persons with disabilities, and reflecting the vision of Al Noor Association for the Blind (Al Batinah North Governorate Branch) – whose services extend to cover the governorates of Al Batinah North, Al Batinah South, Ad Dhahirah, and Al Buraimi – to create an inclusive and empowering environment; the Association proudly announces the launch of its initiative to provide and support assistive devices and technologies for its blind and visually impaired members across the wilayats of these governorates.
